Breakfast:
2 eggs in bacon fat
Lunch:
A gigantic salad with artisan lettuce, a tomato, and a can of tuna on top. Salad dressing was olive oil and lemon juice.
Snack:
banana
Supper:
Chopped liver with a side of sweet peas.
Now I've never had Chopped Liver, but I followed the recipe from Mark Sisson's Primal Cookbook and it was SOOOO yummy. After I got home from the gym I had a second helping!!
